Kyle is the Founder and Editorial Director of Provecho Magazine: Stories of Food and Identity in 2022 to celebrate the people who are underrepresented in our food media landscape; the people whose foods are beloved but whose communities don't always feel that same love. Based in Portland, Oregon with a global reach, Provecho creates space for people of color to tell the stories only they can tell about the foods that shape them, nourish them, anchor them.
